| WHAT IS A CLOSET CAPSULE |
Also known as “collection capsules,” the closet capsule concept started back in the 1980’s and was designed to feature the core or essential pieces needed to build stylish outfits for a season. The idea is to minimize your wardrobe down to the foundational pieces and encourage you to maximize what you have by taking a mix-and-match approach. The ideal seasonal capsule includes 30 to 40 pieces made up of tops, bottoms, outerwear, shoes and accessories.
