Hi lovely reader! I’m Maren Jensen: former broadcast journalist turned marketer, mom to two and the creator & voice behind Midwest In Style.
I have always had a passion for practical fashion, styling and shopping. I, truly, never stopped playing dress up which is how Midwest In Style began back in 2015. Since then, this blog has served as a creative outlet and beautiful work in progress for me; a place where I can merge my love of writing with my love of fashion.
Not only will you find relatable outfit and style inspiration, you’ll also get a peek inside our new modern farmhouse. We built our home in the fall of 2019 after renovating a beautiful historic home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I share our building and renovation process as well as home decor finds to inspire your own interior design.
