Comfortable Work Pants

You guys asked for more work appropriate outfits and I heard ya loud and clear! Not only did I put together this office-ready look for you to shop… but you’re not going to believe how comfortable and affordable it all is! As a “retired” journalist, I know better than to bury the lede of the story… so I won’t 😉 – these pants AND this sweater are both under $35!

I fell in love with these pants instantly {I mean can you resist the cute little tie?!} and they are even more comfy than I anticipated. I had planned to wear these during warmer weather but by pairing them with this cozy sweater, I was able to use them as a transitional piece for spring.

Another initiative that I’ve taken on is to try to show you all how to style things that I’ve shown you in previous outfits but in new ways. Remember this scarf from this post? Well now I’ve just tied it tighter as almost a choker and I think, somehow, I love it even more.

These tie-up, block heels will be worn to death come warmer weather! Pair them with jeans to dress them down for a more casual occasion. All in all, this whole look is so easy to wear but it appears as though there was a lot of effort put behind it.
