I love wearing red, white and blue! I can’t help but feel patriotic while in this color combo. This year for the 4th, I’m mixing it up by using turquoise as my pop of blue rather than the token navy/royal…. because turquoise is blue too!

What is it about fireworks that makes a celebration that much more fun? I won’t ever understand people who don’t appreciate a good firework show. 😉

Independence Day fireworks are that much more special for no other reason than we, as Americans, have so much to celebrate! How fortunate we are to live in this country and to be free. A big THANK YOU to the service men and women of our country who have fought for that freedom.

On this 4th of July, may we remember those who have been lost in fighting for our country, and celebrate those who continue to serve and sacrifice for the US of A. I hope each and everyone of you has the chance celebrate our independence with your loved ones.

I am so grateful for this country that I live in and love. (And man, I can’t wait for those fireworks.)
