Alright local ladies – the home decor mecca has officially opened in Sioux Falls. Kirkland’s is finally here and it’s filled with all sorts of goodness. I’ve partnered with this glorious store to give you an inside look at what you can expect from the latest addition to Lake Lorraine.
I got to check out the store during their grand opening event yesterday and, truthfully, it was my very first visit to a Kirkland’s! That said: I was aware of its reputation for delivering affordable and quality home decor. Well let’s just say it lived up to the hype.
As soon as I walked in, I knew it was going to be dangerous. If you appreciate classic, rustic and/or farmhouse style: this is the place to find it.
You could see the quality of each piece at a glance and since this was my first experience, I was slightly fearful of the price tag attached. I was so pleasantly surprised! Not only were the original prices incredibly reasonable, but they were also running a number of sales throughout the store in addition to the grand opening deals.
To give you an example: this lamp that I walked out with for my basement reno was marked at $59.99, which I thought was great for the quality. BUT once I got to the check-out, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was on sale and I snagged it for $40! I mean… come on.
As you saw in the first photo of this post, I did some damage. Those three bags were full of my Kirkland’s finds and that didn’t even include the wall decor and lamp! But would you believe that I found all of those goodies for just $150?! Everything was so affordable and I could have taken so many more things home {but I would need a bigger house 😉 }.
I’ve already found homes for all of the pieces I purchased. I shared how I staged everything in the Kirkland’s post on the Midwest In Style Instagram.
Spoiler alert: I also took this darling white vase home as well. 😉
Have you checked out Kirkland’s at Lake Lorraine yet?! If you have, I want to know what you purchased! Share all of the details with me in the comments below.
