We’ve heard the rule. You know what I’m talking about. The “no white after Labor Day rule.” But I’m here to challenge it.
Will you see me wearing white pants in the dead of winter? Absolutely not. But when it comes to fall: I’m all for carrying the white denim into the next season.
I put up a poll on my Instagram stories to find out whether or not people feel comfortable wearing white after summer is over. The general consensus was that there is an opportunity to style white after Labor Day if there are some tips on how to do it. Now that’s something I can solve for!
I’ve put together a handful of outfit ideas for you to play with your white denim after the unofficial end of summer. Each outfit includes pieces that, regardless of if you style them with white pants or not, will help you transition into the fall season.
I am holding off a few more weeks to transition my closet into full “fall mode” but I’m excited to bring the sweaters and boots back out! Are you ready to move into the next season or are you still hanging onto summer?!
