Summer Office Outfit

Remember these paper bag pants?! I was obsessing over them back in early spring {seen styled in this post} and I let you all know how excited I was to style them for warm weather as well. They’re still available and just $35!

Summer months at the office can be somewhat challenging because even though it’s warm outside, it can often be very cool inside. I swear every office I have ever worked in has been ridiculously cold between June and September. But the key to fighting the frigid AC is layering an outfit that easily adapt.

This simple high-neck tank is so easy to pair with just about anything you want to wear on your lower half. From pencil skirts to these darling pants {seriously I’m in love}, this top will go so far. It can be dressed down but is also appropriate for work when you need to shed your jacket. I wear this chambray blazer often during the summer because it’s light-weight.

This top and pant combo can truly be paired with any color of blazer and any color of shoe. I prefer a pop of color on my feet but you could absolutely place the color emphasis in the blazer while balancing the look with a neutral shoe.

Aside from the pants, I love how this look takes a little masculine meets feminine vibe into the workplace. Want even more masculine vibes? Skip the pumps and go for a loafer!
