Top 5 Gift Ideas | For Him

I often wait until the last minute to purchase Christmas presents for the gentlemen on my holiday shopping list. This is mostly because I struggle to come up with quality gift ideas for the men in my life.

This is such a great gift for any guy on your list! It’s ideal for the guy who won’t go out and buy things like this for himself, but will definitely appreciate it when he opens it on Christmas morning. My hubby would never go out and buy a nice coat like this on his own. But if he got it as a gift, he would wonder how he ever lived without it. The herringbone print brings a great texture to his look and will never go out of style.

Leather Band Watch: found at Younkers in The Empire Mall {$165}

A good watch should be a staple in any man’s closet. This Skagen Denmark watch sold me because of the classic congac leather band. The simple and sleek face is going to look classy regardless of what he’s wearing. A ‘timeless’ piece that’s a sure fire way to get him excited about being on time. 😉 {This could also just be my wishful thinking.}

Flannel Plaid Shirt: found at The Gap in The Empire Mall {$49.95}

Speaking of closet staples: what manly man doesn’t appreciate a good flannel this time of year?! This effortless shirt is perfect for that romantic date your hubby is going to take you on after he opens this gem. 😉 OR it also makes a great gift for those sometimes hard-to-shop-for gents. A good flannel is usually a hit.

Cologne: found at Macy’s in The Empire Mall {$50 – $103 depending on bottle size}

The holidays are a perfect time of year to invest in a great scent for the men in your life. There are all kinds of gift sets available that make cologne so much more affordable this time of year. I know the guys on my list also appreciate a woman’s opinion when it comes to choosing a quality cologne that they can wear for special occasions or for everyday. {CHROME by Azzaro just happens to be my all-time favorite. Your guy doesn’t have to be ‘fancy’ to appreciate a good scarf. This is just another one of those gifts that gets our boys to realize that they’ve really needed one all along. At this great price point, it’s a perfect stocking stuffer or it can be the compliment to another larger gift… like the herringbone coat!
